Our Application allows you to record, upload, and store videos for the purpose of technique analysis ("User Content").

You retain all rights to your User Content. By using the Application, you grant us a limited license to use your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Application's functionality to you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of uploading or recording it within the Application. We do not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and we expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with User Content.

5. Coach Content

The Application includes videos of professional athletes ("Coach Content") that are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You may use the Coach Content only as part of the Application's functionality for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not extract, copy, distribute, or use the Coach Content outside of the Application.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CopyAthlete, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Application;
• Any content obtained from the Application; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Application is at your sole risk. The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
